Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to be placed inside the box.
Pack and Ship
Carefully repackage your furniture in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
